2. Pre‑press garment: Heat the fabric at 230–300 °F for a few seconds to remove moisture.
3. Position transfer: Place the film ink‑side down (white side touching the fabric).
4. Press: Apply firm pressure at 230–300 °F for 10 seconds using a heat press (household irons are not recommended).
5. Cool & peel: Let the transfer cool for 10 seconds; peel gently.
   

Repress: Cover with parchment paper and press for 5 seconds for a smooth finish.
