Online DTF Gang Sheet Builder – Design & Order

Our online gang sheet builder lets you upload and arrange multiple designs on a single film. Once submitted, our Atlanta facility prints and cures your gang sheet using the same high‑quality DTF process. Cut each design apart and press them onto garments or hard goods at your convenience.

• Must be CMYK colors!
• Must be TRANSPARENT BACKGROUND!
• At least 300DPI!
• PNG version!
• Artwork must be print ready

1. Cutting the Design
   Cut out the shape you want to apply to the fabric with scissors. Make sure there are no other lines,color, or shapes around your design.
2. Moisture Removal
   Preheat the garment for a few seconds to remove excess moisture. Allow the garment to cool before adding the transfer.
3. Placing the designed sheet
   Put the transfer on the t-shirt with the white side down and the image up.
4. Heat Transfer
   Press with very firm pressure at 230-300°F for 10 seconds. Let it cool a little.
5. Cooling
   Let it wait for 10 seconds to cool enough before peeling.
6. Last Press
   Cover your design with parchment paper or similar paper and press again for 5 seconds.

Same day printing & Shipping (Valid for orders placed before 11am (EST-EDT)on weekdays. Orders placed on Saturday can be picked up on Monday. Not valid for national holidays.
