Maintain optimal conditions: Temperature between 55-75°F, humidity between 50-65%.

The printer operates at AC110V and is compatible with American plugs.

Use only approved PET Film, Inks, and Powder to keep your warranty and support valid.

Training

While not required, training is highly recommended. Our expert technicians will provide comprehensive guidance on operating and assembling the printer, ensuring you master its full potential.

Warranty Terms

The warranty begins upon delivery or pickup of the printer. The UV DPU24-4 is covered by a 3-month warranty period. Please note that printheads, dampers, inks, and boards are not included in the warranty. Replacement of parts will be provided for manufacturer defects only. The warranty does not cover damages caused by external factors, including voltage and electricity issues.
