Direct‑to‑Film (DTF) printing lets you print full‑color designs onto a special film and transfer them onto fabric with a heat press. It’s ideal for cotton, polyester and blends. Our Atlanta shop uses premium DTF inks and adhesive powder to deliver vibrant, durable prints that won’t crack or fade. Because the design is printed on film, there’s no need to pre‑treat garments. Simply choose your size and upload your artwork — we’ll handle the rest.
Design Requirements
- Files must be CMYK color mode.
- Artwork must have a transparent background; flattened backgrounds will incur a design fee.
- Minimum 300 DPI resolution for crisp prints.

Application Instructions
- Trim your design: Cut away excess film for a clean edge.
- Pre‑press garment: Heat the fabric at 230–300 °F for a few seconds to remove moisture.
- Position transfer: Place the film ink‑side down (white side touching the fabric).
- Press: Apply firm pressure at 230–300 °F for 10 seconds using a heat press (household irons are not recommended).
- Cool & peel: Let the transfer cool for 10 seconds; peel gently.
Repress: Cover with parchment paper and press for 5 seconds for a smooth finish.

- Same‑Day Service: Orders submitted by 11:00 am Eastern (Mon–Fri) are printed and shipped the same day.
- Weekend Orders: Orders placed Saturday are available for pickup on Monday.
